Society Member User Agreement

 By registering with the BC Societies Network I declare that:

• I am a member or administrator (ie. authorized representative) of a registered non-profit society, with the same Society Number I am using to register with this database;
• I understand and acknowledge that the BC Societies Network database is made available to BC societies free of charge for the purpose of collaboration and co-operation among societies to build the capacity of the voluntary sector in BC;
• I will maintain the currency and completeness of this society's information;
• I will only use this database to:

  • contact other societies, or to
  • collaborate or co-operate on projects;
• I will not:

  • use the database for any purpose related to mass marketing;
  • publish, release, disclose, market, sell or otherwise make any information contained within the database available to any other person;
  • post any content or send email that may be considered threatening, or abusive, vulgar, obscene or otherwise objectionable;
  • act illegally, "stalk," send unwanted email or otherwise harass another user;
  • impersonate another;
  • interfere with or disrupt the operation of this site, or disobey any reasonable requirements, procedures or policies imposed by this site from time to time.
  
  

Society Manager Agreement

• I am authorised to create a community profile for this society.
• I understand that a community profile of this society will be available to members of other societies and might be considered public information.
• I will not include private or personal information as part of the comunity profile. 
• I will maintain the currency and accuracy of the community profile.
